TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING POLICY
A 20$ deposit is required to secure each and every booking. This is deducted from your final payment. It is non refundable and non- transferable in the event of a last minute cancellation. This deposit must be sent through zelle within 24 hours of booking. If deposit is not sent your appointment is at risk of cancellation. Remaining balance is due in CASH.
LATE POLICY
If you are running late please inform me in advance. I understand things happen so you have a 10 minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late you will be charged a 10$ late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations should be made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, your deposit will be transferable to a future appointment. If you fail to cancel within the 48 hour time frame you will lose your deposit.
REFUND POLICY
There is a non refund policy after the service is completed. If for any reason you are not happy with your service outcome you have 24 hours to contact me with your issue and I will fix your nails at your earliest convenience.
GUEST POLICY
This is a private working environment so no extra guest are allowed with you during your appointment.
